GapWall
Collider walls with door and window openings for Unity.
Draw walls in the Scene View, cut door and window openings with exact widths, sills and heights, and bake ordinary BoxColliders. Openings are stored on the wall, so moving a corner or changing a width recalculates the solid sections instead of making you resize boxes by hand.
Planned for the Unity Asset Store. Not published yet.

What it does
- Door, double door, window and full-height gap presets, all editable
- Windows and doors with a lintel: set each opening's sill and height
- Any number of openings per wall; overlapping openings merge correctly
- Mirror and Duplicate openings; new ones land in the widest free space
- Room templates: rectangle, L-shape and corridor, as one Undo step
- Drag shared corners or type exact coordinates; live preview of the colliders
- Bakes plain BoxColliders with your layer, trigger and physics material settings
- Full Undo/Redo; each bake is one Undo step and never overwrites earlier bakes
- Editable C# editor source and an offline quick-start guide

Requirements and limits
Requirements
- Unity 6.3 LTS or newer (tested on 6000.3.23f1 and 6000.6.0f1, Windows)
- Editor-only tool: nothing is added to your builds except the BoxColliders you bake
- No other packages, accounts or internet connection needed
- Scene View preview and bake checked by hand in Built-in, URP and HDRP projects
What it doesn't do
- Colliders only: it does not create or cut visible meshes and adds no door or window objects
- Straight, horizontal walls; no slopes, curves, runtime editing or NavMesh generation
- Each bake creates a new group; remove an old group yourself before re-baking
